Description – X1 Towers is a residential development in Media City, Salford. When fully built, the scheme will comprise of four identical 85 m (277 ft) tall, 26-storey high-rise towers, each containing 275 apartments (1,100 in total).Towers 1, 2 and 3 have been constructed, completing in 2017, 2019 and 2023 respectively. Tower 4 is yet to start.

Description – 603-bed student accommodation scheme, including inside communal spaces, study areas and full domestic facilities. The scheme provides 17,181m2 of accommodation spread over 33 floors, with a mix of studios and cluster accommodation.
Plot D3, Media City

Description – Located in the heart of Salford Quays, Plot D3 was a 280 apartment project spanning across two magnificent 14-17 storey towers. The mix of 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments included a gym, residents lounge, and a communal gardens.
Kincardine Court Extension, Manchester

Description – The Kincardine Court extension involved upgrading the Unite Students building in Manchester to include 100 additional bedrooms. The ceilings and partitioning for this project were completed in a rapid timeframe to ensure readiness for the student intake in September.
Leonardo Hotel, Manchester

Description – The 110,000 sq ft Jenga inspired hotel, designed by Stephenson Studio, is located on the corner of Adair Street and Great Ancoats Street and reaches up to 13 floors and has 275 bedrooms.
OGS, Manchester

Description – ‘OGS’ short for Old Granada Studios is a new nine storey workspace / residential building that replaced the old annex building and consists of retail units, workspace, and residential space. The new destination fosters business growth through the Enterprise City brand, which looks to provide workspaces for digital, tech and media industries.
Manchester Waters

Description – Developed by X1 Developments with construction partner, Vermont. X1 Manchester Waters will deliver 742 apartments split over five towers. The first three towers have been built and construction of the remaining two towers is expected to commence in 2025. The scheme includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes alongside a wealth of indoor and outdoor resident amenity space.
MMU, Manchester

Description – The £75m scheme will involve a new build, 14,000 sq m, seven-storey academic building and the complex refurbishment of an existing building – the John Dalton Tower. This is the largest construction project ever undertaken by the university and construction on the new build and the refurbishment work will take place simultaneously.
The Exchange, Preston

Description – The Exchange is a brand new property development, ideally located in Preston city centre. Comprising 200 stylish apartments, The Exchange will deliver elevated modern living to the local homeowner market, as well as investors, right in the heart of the city’s newest emerging neighbourhood.
West Bar, Sheffield

Description – Soho Yard in Sheffield’s new West Bar Quarter provided 386 prestigious units across two residential blocks. These “Built for Rent – Designed for Life” developments compromise of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments with residents’ gym, private dining space and generous cycling facilities. The residential blocks also feature two roof-top terraces for residents’ exclusive use.
Farnworth Green, Bolton

Description – Farnworth Green is a new community of 97 apartments and family homes for rent, bars, eateries, coffee shops and stores, alongside a new lush, green public square designed for socialising, events and al fresco eats.
Whitehall Riverside, Leeds

Description – Whitehall Riverside comprises of 500 build to rent apartments across two blocks of 15 and 18 storeys, with commercial space at the ground floor level. The scheme includes over 15,000 sq ft of exceptional residents’ amenities set across the ground and first floor, with expansive terrace gardens.
Michigan Tower, Salford

Description – Michigan Tower, situated in Media City, Salford is a 35-story development consisting of 394 apartments. The project will be executed over a 65-week timeframe, beginning in May 2025. Upon its completion, K10 Systems will have drylined more than 1,000 units throughout Media City.
